  • 1 Tea Strainer/Bag

Ingredients

  • 1 part Lemon Balm
  • 1 part Nettle Leaf
  • 1 part Peppermint
  • 1 part Marigold
  • 1 part Liquorice Root 1/4 part Liquorice Powder

Instructions

  • Boil kettle
  • Combine loose leaf tea ingredients into a sift or tea bag
  • Pour water into tea pot and steep tea for 3-5 minutes
  • Pour into cup and enjoy!
