Whole Roasted Butternut Squash in the Oven

Cut the butternut squash in half
With a spoon, scoop out the seeds
Add the halves to a baking sheet, turning them face down so that the skin of the butternut squash faces upwards
Cook for 1 hour or until a fork can easily be inserted
