Hey, I’m Natasha. Pleased to meet you!

Young woman home maker with long brown hair and wearing a hat

Join me as I learn the in’s and out’s of making a sweet home filled with a savoury aroma! This includes everything from cleverly spiced suppers, fresh baked buns, and making a productive living space.

This is how I care best for my small family.

This season, I’m working on improving my abilities to harvest crops from the garden and experiment with recipes to make tasty meals. I am also learning to preserve the abundance thereof, and turn it into delicious meals throughout the winter months.

I want to share my experiences with you – what works, and what doesn’t as well.

Come, peek over my shoulder while I create a life giving home.

My Greatest Work

I believe as wives and moms, it should be our best work to establish a haven for our families.

Our home is the space where our kids learn of love, fellowship, and play.

I pray our home is their favourite place – at least for now.

It’s also a place I aim to beautify in a way that re-energizes my husband in his daily pursuits.

What a responsibility and work of love.

It is my desire that these ideas will help you to care for your family and enjoy the life God has blessed you with.

Thank you for joining the journey on creating a beautiful home and loving environment.

Cheers,
Natasha

In Our Garden

Where we rent, we’ve been permitted to plant our very own 1/2 acre garden. I spend many learning in this garden space every year. Our garden includes both vegetables and flowers. It has functional vegetable areas as well as colorful flower areas. Combining the two provides food for our family, beauty, and a habitat for pollinators.
